I Enjoy Coffee (And Maybe a Little Sleep)

Life is absolutely hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be challenging to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly overwhelmed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No criticism here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Driven by Java and Mayhem

Life's a fractured kaleidoscope. We stumble through each hour, powered by that sweet, sweet caffeine. It's an absolute rollercoaster and humorous coffee hoodies we wouldn't have it any different.

We hustle through adventures, fueled by that potent brew. The flips around us, but we keep chugging. We're the caffeine-fueled chaos agents.

My Other Therapist is a French Press

When life gets stressful, and the usual anxiety relief methods aren't doing the trick, I turn to my unconventional source of comfort: a trusty French Press. This ritualistic process of pulverizing beans, adding hot water, and patiently waiting for the perfect brew becomes my meditation. Each glug carries with it a sense of serenity, grounding me in the current experience.

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in.
